My partner got sick also and went 2 miles further to an urgent care and paid $45 for his treatment and was given a Flu test! I’m really unhappy that this 1 hour cost me $3000! Please be aware that this clinic is actually going to bill you for an ER visit. I would never have gone to an ER for the flu. When it was all said and done, the bill before Insurance was approx $4560!!! I have a high deductible plan and owed $3000. The staff said that it looked like I had the flu, although they did NOT do a swab test, took my vitals and gave me some medicine and sent me back to my hotel. It did say Emergency on the building but looked just like all of the Urgent Cares in my hometown. A representative from my company googled Urgent Care Centers and Osceola Regional was the closest one that popped up online. I was out of town for business and was unfamiliar with the area when I became sick. I am giving only 1 star because I was taken to this free-standing building with the understanding that it was an urgent care center. The treatment at this clinic is not the reason for my low review. Also please look at what they are billing your insurance company for. I went because it was less then 2 miles from home. No surgery was down and has not been done.People please do not go here unless you have no other choice. I begin to see several things that the insurance was billed for that even though I was in pain, I know for fact didnt get done. The first that caught my attention was a large charge labeled Surgery. After a couple hours, one Dr came in and said they were sending me home and to followup with the surgeon in 3 to 5 days. This was nothing but a money scheme.Fast forward now to getting the insurance claims from my insurance company. Again placed in a small room in the Emergency room. I ask if my partner could drive me to the hospital to be admitted and was told no.After being taken to the hospital. I ask what about the pain and at that point they ordered a pain shot.I went for xrays and was soon told that I was being admitted for surgery. Finally some comes in and aks what happened just to say let me order xrays. Another 45 minutes laying in pain trying to yell and get someones attention as they walked by the door. I had to ask for assistance because I was in too much pain to stand much less walk.I was then taken to a room where they helped me on the bed and said someone will be right in. After I ask someone to call me an ambulance to take me to another ER, the nurse went back and a few minutes later opened he door for me to come back. ![]() After my partner parked and came inside he was able to sign me on on the kiosk.I sat in the waiting room for an hour before I could even get anyone to speak to me. Upon walking in the front door, rude security guard keeps saying you need to sign in on the kiosk which was impossible for me to do considering the amount of pain I was in and the fact that I was having to hold my broken arm with the other hand. ![]() ![]() After falling and beating my shoulder, I was taken to the ER.
